Order tracking

EQ3.com is proud to ship to all 48 contiguous United States. EQ3 offers two shipping methods:

Courier

In-stock EQ3 and EQ3+ accessories and small furniture items (nightstands, end tables, etc.) will be shipped as soon as they're available. You will receive an email with a tracking number letting you know when your order is on its way. Please note that FedEx delivers Monday to Friday during regular business hours (usually between 9AM-5PM local time).

When your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number letting you know. To track your order, please visit www.FedEx.com and enter your tracking number.

Freight

All in stock large furniture items (dressers, upholstery, etc.) will be delivered by freight using one of EQ3’s logistical partners.

One of these partners, either Manna or Ceva, will contact you to schedule a preferred delivery date and time.
