Return & Exchange Policies

At EQ3 we are committed to customer satisfaction. We take pride in the quality of our products and will do our best to ensure every purchase is a positive experience.

All returns require pre-authorization, so please contact us at Contact EQ3 or call us at 1.888.988.2014 to receive instructions prior to sending back your merchandise.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly provide you with a refund under the following conditions:

For online purchases, you may return your item(s) within thirty (30) days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling costs.

Returns must be unused, unassembled and in the original condition and packaging complete with tags, instructions and inserts.

Returning items that are purchased online will require shipment back to our main warehouse, located in Winnipeg, Canada.

Return shipping is your responsibility, thus for insurance reasons we advise that you use a service that offers tracking capabilities.

A copy of your receipt, proof of purchase must be included with the item(s) you are returning.

All custom upholstery, is made just for you therefore is non-refundable and cannot be changed, returned or cancelled.

Bed linens that have not been used, soiled or laundered may be returned if accompanied by the original packaging and receipt unless prohibited by state/federal law. Toss cushions are excluded and are considered non-refundable.

Rugs may be returned in the original packaging within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund or exchange provided the rug does not show any signs of use at the discretion of EQ3.

Herman Miller custom orders are a final sale. For all other EQ3+ purchases, please refer to the policies above.

Once the return is received and inspected, you will be refunded the purchase price of the item(s) in the same form in which you paid for it. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.


Refunds will be provided in the form of the original payment.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery /receiving accompanied by original receipt, unassembled and in original packaging.

Bedding can be returned within 30 days of delivery/receiving accompanied by original receipt, unlaundered, unused and in the original packaging.

Rugs can be returned within 30 days of delivery/receiving accompanied by original receipt provided rug does not show signs of use.

Custom Orders for upholstery and Herman Miller are created just for you so they are a final sale. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time.

All floor models, AS IS or clearance merchandise is final sale. These items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. Warranty is void on these items.

Price Adjustments

If your product goes on sale within 14 days of purchase we will offer you a one-time price adjustment back in the original form of tender.

*excluding the dates of December 15th- January 5th Price adjustments cannot be combined with any other offer. Price adjustments cannot be applied to previously discounted purchases.

Gift Cards

Gift cards must be presented in store to be redeemed and cannot be redeemed for cash.


You are responsible to be home for your scheduled delivery time.

Unclaimed product will be subject to a $50.00 storage fee per week if no appointment has been confirmed upon second contact.

Unclaimed products after 30 days following notification from EQ3 will be returned to stock. The value of the order will be refunded to a gift card equal to amount originally paid on the invoice less storage fees.

In the unlikely event your product is received damaged please contact customer service within 48 hours at 1-888-988-2014 or on our website at

Any costs associated with re-delivery due to a failed delivery must be paid for by you.

If there is an error with your delivery or products arrive damaged a replacement will be delivered free of charge.

Product Assembly

Product assembly is not included in home delivery charge unless stated elsewhere. Product assembly must be purchased separately.

Delivery and assembly fees are non-refundable.


For full warranty information please refer to the warranty booklet provided at time of delivery or pick up.


Customers are responsible for ensuring the furniture purchased fits into their premises (doorways, elevators, stairwells etc.).

Return and exchange policy will apply after inspection of merchandise to determine salability and at the discretion of EQ3.

Any merchandise received damaged must be reported within 48 hours. Exceptions will be made for gifts.

Product availability is subject to change without notice

The merchant has the right to delay delivery due to shortage of supply.

Protection plan, designer fees, shipping delivery and assembly charges are nonrefundable.

Product must be returned to the store of purchase to process a return accompanied by proof of purchase.

If damage occurs during delivery, or if you discover any defect in manufacturing, please Contact EQ3 or call 1.888.988.2014 within 48 hours.

Warranties are based on normal household use from date of purchase.

Only the original purchaser holds the right to a valid warranty.

Always keep your invoice as proof of purchase.

Unclaimed products will be subject to a $50 fee per week beginning ten (10) days following notification from the store or warehouse.

Unclaimed products after thirty (30) days following notification from the store or warehouse will be returned to stock. The customer will be entitled to a gift card equal to the amount originally paid on the invoice less storage fees.
