Water Based Cleaner: Spot clean using only the foam from a water-based cleaning agent such as a mild detergent or non-solvent upholstery shampoo product. Apply foam with a soft brush in a circular motion. Vacuum when dry.

The lamp is sturdy and marble base is beautiful. It came scratched, but customer service did a great job and im satisfied with my purchase. The lamp shade is beige and not weight, which I don’t feel was represented well online. But over well a beautiful lamp

I was sent a damaged item the first time. It was replaced, but got another damaged item the second time around. So, I wanted to get a refund and they made it extremely difficult. The rep whom I've been emaiing with would take 3-4 days on average to respond to my every email and eventually he just stopped responding after I sent the damaged item back and it was delivered to their warehouse. I kept emailing and calling to get my refund but got no response. After no refund on my credit card for 14 days, I decided to call their NYC store and one of the store associates was able to issue my refund. Their products are decent but customer service is just shady and doesn't respect peoples' time.
