Drum Floor Lamp

Water Based Cleaner: Spot clean using only the foam from a water-based cleaning agent such as a mild detergent or non-solvent upholstery shampoo product. Apply foam with a soft brush in a circular motion. Vacuum when dry.

The lamp is sturdy and marble base is beautiful. It came scratched, but customer service did a great job and im satisfied with my purchase. The lamp shade is beige and not weight, which I don’t feel was represented well online. But over well a beautiful lamp

I was sent a damaged item the first time. It was replaced, but got another damaged item the second time around. So, I wanted to get a refund and they made it extremely difficult. The rep whom I&#x27;ve been emaiing with would take 3-4 days on average to respond to my every email and eventually he just stopped responding after I sent the damaged item back and it was delivered to their warehouse. I kept emailing and calling to get my refund but got no response. After no refund on my credit card for 14 days, I decided to call their NYC store and one of the store associates was able to issue my refund. Their products are decent but customer service is just shady and doesn&#x27;t respect peoples&#x27; time.
