Shipping & Delivery


In-stock EQ3 accessories will be delivered in 5-10 business days, using FedEx Ground®. Please note that FedEx delivers Monday to Friday during regular business hours (between 9AM and 5PM local time).

Please note items over $200.00 shipped via Fed Ex will require a signature at time of delivery – please ensure there is someone available at the address you have provided to sign for the item.


All in-stock large furniture items (such as dressers and upholstery) will be delivered by freight using EQ3's logistical partner. Delivery timelines will vary depending on your location, however, please allow a minimum 2-4 weeks for in-stock large furniture items delivery and a minimum of 6-10 weeks for EQ3 custom upholstery delivery.

Please note that custom upholstery and special orders cannot be amended, refunded or cancelled, as they are made-to-order for you.

Orders with small furniture items and large furniture items will be combined into one shipment and may take longer to deliver. Please allow a minimum delivery time of 2 – 4 weeks for in-stock items, and a minimum of 6 – 10 weeks for EQ3 custom upholstery items. However, if you would like to have the in-stock small furniture or accessory items shipped earlier, please fill out our contact form to request a quote.
