Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh abrasives or household cleaners as they may damage the finish.

Marble is naturally porous and therefore absorbent to stains - do not let any liquids or acidic substances sit on the top for more than five minutes or the surface will become damaged. Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth.

Marble is fragile and customer should exercise caution when moving

All EQ3 custom upholstery will be delivered by freight using EQ3’s logistical partner. Delivery timelines will vary depending on your location, however, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery and 4-6 weeks for manufacturing. At this time, EQ3 is not able to accommodate the pick-up of online orders in-store.

Our delivery partner will contact you to set up an appointment (date and time) to deliver your order. Use our EQ3 How-to-Measure Guide to measure your space for delivery.

Please note: For Seoul fabrics it is highly recommended that swatches are ordered first.

Cushions: EQ3 cushions are warranted for a period of two (2) years against collapsing. Foam softening is normal and not covered under the warranty.

Construction/Frame: EQ3 frames and interior construction are warranted for life (25) years.
