Bed is designed for EQ3 slat system - no box spring is required

Memory Foam mattresses have specific requirements for slat spacing, contact the mattress manufacturer to confirm compatibility

Assembly required

Mattress and Pillows sold separately

Vacuum upholstery regularly with an upholstery attachment

To prevent fading, avoid exposing upholstered pieces to direct sunlight

For cleaning guidelines, reference your fabric's cleaning code

Spot clean with a damp cloth or sponge, don't rub, treat stains immediately

For persistent stains and overall cleaning, contact a professional upholstery cleaning company. View additional information if you purchased a 5-year extended protection plan

All EQ3 custom upholstery will be delivered by freight using EQ3’s logistical partner. Delivery timelines will vary depending on your location and manufacturing times. At this time, EQ3 is not able to accommodate the pick-up of online orders in-store.

Our delivery partner will contact you to set up an appointment (date and time) to deliver your order. Use our EQ3 How-to-Measure Guide to measure your space for delivery.

EQ3 cushions are warranted for a period of two (2) years against collapsing. Foam softening is normal and not covered under the warranty.

EQ3 frames and interior construction are warranted for life (25) years.

Cover: EQ3 fabric covers are warranted against wear under normal care and conditions for a period of one (1) year.

Cover: EQ3 leather covers are warranted against tearing and splitting for a period of five (5) years.

FSC-certified hardwood. Foams certified to CertiPUR-US. Made-to-order — we don't make it until you order it, which means no overproduction and no warehouse waste. Cover replacements available for the life of the frame.
