Neighbor recommends the following care instructions:

  • Clean furniture upon arrival
  • Clean spills immediately
  • Monitor for mold and mildew
  • Keep furniture in well ventilated areas
  • Covering or storing furniture will extend furniture life
  • Allow furniture to dry before covering or using it when exposed to water

Teak Specific:

  • Use a teak cleaner, protector and shield
  • Sanding can remove minor scratches and stains

Covers can be removed and washed by hand or machine on a gentle cycle. When you wash in a machine, please make sure to zip your seat covers shut to prevent fraying on the seams and air dry for the best overall results.

Neighbor items will be delivered by Neighbor’s logistical partner. Delivery timelines will vary depending on your location, however, please allow approximately 4-7 weeks for delivery.
