Great shopping experience. V helpful online customer service. Product took a while to ship though. Great looking, sleek, contemporary. Perfect counter height. I debated giving 4 stars because I received the counter stools recently and have yet to find out if they will be durable. The synthetic leather looks v good - great experience so far so its a 5.

Beautiful stools!

While the stools themselves are nice and comfortable, unfortunately, within a month of purchasing the stools, my toddler accidentally spilled juice on one of the stools which resulted in a stain. I immediately reached out to EQ3 and the protection plan provider, ZucoraHome (I purchased the extra warranty) to explain my situation. 

However, both companies offered me no help whatsoever, and directed me back to the other. I have to say I am beyond disappointed by the level of customer service by ZucoraHome and EQ3. I spent a substantial amount on the counter stools, and they were less than a month old only to have BOTH companies offer no help or solution but a simple apology (which does not help my situation, unfortunately). What was the point of purchasing a protection plan, when both companies refuse to even send out a technician to look at the stool for me? I would understand if these were a couple of years old, but these were recently purchased and I wrote and called both companies immediately explaining what happened to the stool. I am beyond frustrated as a customer, that I was able to verify it was indeed juice, only to have it denied. They both are clearly not out to help customers, or go above and beyond in any single way. What's going to happen in the future if wine accidentally spills on the stools? Because I already have this previous claim, it's going to automatically be denied? If this is the type of service they are providing, I will make sure never to purchase anything from EQ3 or ZucoraHome again. I just want to let others know as well, so they can save their money and spend it elsewhere that truly values and cares about customer satisfaction.
