First shipment went missing. EQ3 wouldn&#x27;t have acted unless I started asking whether they knew it didn&#x27;t arrive. Once I notified them it had disappeared in transit they acted quickly to resolve the issue and resend it. Arrived a month late. Company should initiate follow up on delivery
