Neighbor recommends the following care instructions:

• Clean furniture upon arrival
• Clean spills immediately
• Monitor for mold and mildew
• Keep furniture in well ventilated areas
• Covering or storing furniture will extend furniture life
• Allow furniture to dry before covering or using it when exposed to water

Teak Specific:

• Use a teak cleaner, protector and shield
• Sanding can remove minor scratches and stains

To protect and extend the longevity of your concrete top, Neighbor recommends applying a natural wax twice a year. Use a 100% cotton towel or applicator pad that won’t scratch, apply by hand, and wax small areas at a time with tight circular motions. Let the wax dry and polish.

Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh abrasives or household cleaners as they may damage the finish.
