If possible, Houe outdoor furniture should be stored in a dry place during the winter to protect it from the elements and should not be covered. Bamboo is a natural material that needs to be able to breathe.

Bamboo is treated with fungicide and oil from the Houe factory, which helps prevent deterioration of the material but to further prevent the bamboo from deterioration, bamboo components should be cleaned and oiled with an outdoor oil occasionally.

Coated steel should be cleaned regularly with a cloth and lukewarm water. Avoid using harsh detergents.

All in-stock large Houe furniture items (dressers, upholstery, etc.) will be delivered by freight using EQ3’s logistical partner. Delivery timelines will vary depending on your location, however, please allow a minimum of 2-4 weeks for in-stock large furniture items delivery.
