    Initially, I received the wrong

    Initially, I received the wrong rug. It took a few phone calls and the problem was rectified the next day. I was immensely impressed with the professionalism of the staff and their customer care. Thus, the next day the delivery service was perfect!!

    The actual rug was lighter and faded compared to these pictures. There wasn't any color in the rug and it's completely grayish tone. I don't have the time to return it otherwise would have since it's a big item, 8x10.
