Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh abrasives or household cleaners as they may damage the finish.

Kuzco lights will be delivered in 8-12 weeks, using our shipping partner(s). At this time, EQ3 is not able to accommodate the pick-up of online orders in-store. Please note that FedEx delivers Monday to Friday during regular business hours (usually between 9AM-5PM local time).

Kuzco Group warrants to the first non-dealer purchaser on its product for 1 year from the date of purchase and 5 years on LED components. Kuzco is responsible to provide necessary part(s) and is not reliable for any labor charges included.

Returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. EQ3 recommends keeping all packaging for 30 days. Returns require like new condition, complete disassembly, and original packaging.

Chosen for material first - clay, glass, wood, stone, wool, and cotton. Sourced from suppliers we partner with year after year, not seasonal vendors. Small pieces with long lives, meant to move from room to room and home to home rather than be replaced.
