Kuzco lighting is carefully sourced through our EQ3+ partner network and shipped with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. In-store pickup is not available for EQ3+ items.

Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh abrasives or household cleaners as they may damage the finish.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in like-new condition, fully disassembled, and in original packaging.

A 25% restocking fee applies.

Kuzco lights will be delivered in 4-5 weeks, using our shipping partner(s). At this time, EQ3 is not able to accommodate the pick-up of online orders in-store. Please note that FedEx delivers Monday to Friday during regular business hours (usually between 9AM-5PM local time).

Kuzco Group warrants to the first non-dealer purchaser on its product for 1 year from the date of purchase and 5 years on LED components. Kuzco is responsible to provide necessary part(s) and is not reliable for any labor charges included.

Returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. EQ3 recommends keeping all packaging for 30 days. Returns require like new condition, complete disassembly, and original packaging.
