Kuzco lights will be delivered in 10-15 business days, using our shipping partner(s). At this time, EQ3 is not able to accommodate the pick-up of online orders in-store. Please note that FedEx delivers Monday to Friday during regular business hours (usually between 9AM-5PM local time).

Returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. EQ3 recommends keeping all packaging for 30 days. Returns require like new condition, complete disassembly, and original packaging.
