Branch orders ship using Branch's logistical partner. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery of standard size items. A larger item or bulk order may take longer or require a shipping fee as it is shipped freight/LTL. If an item is pre-ordered or backordered or requires additional time for shipping due to size or quantities an estimated shipping time will be communicated. Upon arrival at the local hub, you may receive a call or email to schedule the final delivery from Branch's logistical partner.

Standard delivery is left at your doorstep. Standard and freight delivery do not include assembly or placement. Products delivered by freight will be to the curbside, or to a loading dock if available, leaving you responsible for moving the items to your desired location.

Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. EQ3 recommends keeping all packaging for 30 days. Returns require like new condition, complete disassembly, and original packaging.

The Branch Warranty provides one (1) to ten (10) years of warranty protection on new products depending on the product purchased, except in certain instances. All warranty periods begin from the date of delivery, remain with the original customer and are non-transferable. Products used or delivered by a 3rd party outside of Canada are excluded from the warranty coverage.

Make sure to activate your warranty on Branch's website within seven days of receiving your product(s) by following the instructions included with your product. As a customer of EQ3 purchasing Branch product you will need either warranty registration or poof of purchase for coverage.
