Palliser custom upholstery will be delivered by freight using EQ3’s logistical partner. Delivery timelines will vary depending on your location, however, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery and 8-10 weeks for manufacturing. At this time, EQ3 is not able to accommodate the pick-up of online orders in-store.

Cushions: Palliser cushions are warranted for a period of five (5) years against collapsing. Foam softening is normal and not covered under the warranty.

Construction/Frame: Palliser wood frames and interior construction are warranted for ten (10) years. Palliser metal frames are warranted for two (2) years.

Cover: Palliser fabric covers are warranted against wear under normal care and conditions for a period of one (1) year.

Cover: Palliser leather covers are warranted against tearing and splitting for a period of five (5) years. Pro rated.
