Im finally leaving a review after putting it off for a while, when i got the product i was extremely excited and pleased with it. I have been wanting it for a long time, and i finally justified the $20 shipping for it. When i finally was using it the 2nd week, the glass top broke right away. I did not hit it on top of anything or smashed it anywhere or even dropped it, i simply placed it down my night stand, im a bit heavy handed and the water in the glass was very cold, im
Not sure if that had anything to do with it, but right when i placed the cup/top down, the glass broke. Iam extremely devasted about this since Iam obsessed with this carafe. Im very disappointed since it wasn’t that strudy enough, I didn’t do anything wrong, the glass was simply just very thin, i hope you guys fix this issue the next time a carafe is being made, because as a customer that adored it, i feel like i just wasted my money.
