  2. Our products can be purchased at any of our retail locations or galleries. EQ3's store locator will help you to fine a retailer near you. Currently, select items can be purchased online in Canada only. To see those products check out the Home Shopping page. We do not ship or bill outside of Canada at this time.

  5. How much will my fabric/leather stretch over time?
  6. Although any fabric or leather may be used on any upholstery frame, if the desire is to minimize the amount of relaxation over time, we suggest choosing a Class I fabric or leather, especially on styles with bench seats. If the desire is to create a more casual, looser look, we suggest choosing a Class II or III fabric or leather. For more information on fabric and leather relaxation refer to our Relaxation Grid.

  7. What is the best way to clean fabric upholstery?

  9. Why can I not have a grade 41 fabric on my sofa?
  10. 5) Grade 41 Fabrics typically have intricate prints, due to the multiple directions, size of print and boldness of the print they do not always work on a sofa pattern i.e. the prints will be in two different directions, which makes it difficult to upholster and line up, and presents a tailoring issue unique to each print. In addition some prints; depending on the size of the print; will look out of proportion on a large scale sofa.

  11. I lost my assembly instructions. Where can I get another copy?
  12. 6) You can contact customer service by email or by calling 1-866-497-5536 and they will be able to send you another copy of instructions. You can also download most instructions for casegoods from the web site. Just locate the product information for the product you have and you can download a PDF file.

  13. Can I return my purchase?
  14. Yes you can. Returns or exchanges are only permitted within fourteen (14) days of receipt of product, with original invoice. For further details contact your local retail store or view our Returns & Exchange policy.

  15. Do you provide shipping of your products?

  18. Yes we do! You can currently purchase gift certificates at any of our retail stores in denominations of $20, $50 and $100.

  19. Who designs your furniture?
  20. All of our upholstery and casegoods are designed in house by our own production staff. Our corporate office located in Winnipeg, Manitoba is the design center for all our upholstery and casegood product lines.
